Abstract
Profound knowledge of Arabic language including its rhetoric is a prerequisite to comprehend the holy Qur'an in its true sense. The Islamic jurists differed from one another in the interpretations and exigencies of the holy Qur'an due to the rich rhetoric and the wide linguistics diversity of the Arabic language and not due to their own inclinations or mindsets. Hence, it proves that in the derivation of the Qura'nic laws, the role of Arabic language is very much relevant and important.
