Abstract
Allama Muhammad Iqbal infused a new spirit in his nation through his life-giving poetry. His thoughts have left lasting impacts on the life of the Muslims of the Subcontinent. Though he had not spoken clearly about his views on education, yet a very vivid picture of his thought regarding education can be perceived through his poetry and statements. This article is an effort to point out Iqbal's views on education found in his poetry both Urdu and Persian.
