Abstract
This article deals with the least dwelled area of Urdu literature…Humour. A critical study on Humour in the light of international intellectuals like Aristotle, Marcus, Thomas Hobbes and Tallies Cicero has been presented. The article has also been incorporated with relevant examples in this regard.
