Punjabi language and literature is very rich in both prose and verse. There are many poets whose works have yet not come to forth. Story is very popular art form among the Punjabis. Waris Shah has narrated the story of Heer Ranjha so beautifully that it got popular at mass scale. Rather unknown poet Dulley Shah has also penned downed this story. This article is an effort to introduce this poet and determine his status among the poets of the Heer.
