Abstract
Kashmir's history is replete with many a repercussion both favouring and unfavouring. The nature is generous enough to offer it a landscape matchless in the world and hence called paradise on earth. Unfortunately this beauty turned for it to be non- benevolent as it was and still is occupied by the non- native tyrant. Given its importance the great poet of the East Allama Muhammad Iqbal had composed on it both in Urdu and Persian verses. This article deals with the Persian verses of Iqbal on the beautiful valley of Kashmir.
