Maulana Zafar Ali Khan was a politician, journalist, orator, public speaker and preacher. Indeed he won reputation by his indefatigable and industrious role in the  freedom movement. He was a graduate of Aligarh Muslim University. He never compromised on his principles and ethical values. His heroic role in creating awareness in the Indian Muslims against the English Rule and narrow mindedness of the Hindu was appreciable. He tried his best to create such an atmosphere where every Muslim of the Subcontinent could participate in the movement for freedom with vigour and vitality. This article analyzes the role of Maulana Zafar Ali Khan as a real Muslim journalist and political leader.
