Ghalib is one of the most prominent poets of his time. He has a great impact on Urdu literature. Not only his poetry but also other genere has great literary values. His letters are extremely interesting having historical, linguistic values. His letters not only a source of communication but they also have an immense world of imagination, care, love, happiness and sorrows and situations of that time and even weather’s Condition. Due to great literary importance, many writers, researchers compile his letters. In this article letters of Ghalib written to Munshi Shiv Narain has been discussed.
