The Political, cultural and literary conditions of an era casts serious effects on the poets and writers of that era. Their writings breed according to the circumstances of that era. Therefore, in order to comprehend the philosophy of any poet one need to take into account of the political, cultural and literary conditions prevailing at that time. In this article the political, cultural and literary circumstances of the era of Mirza Muhammad Raza Umeed Qazalbash Hamadani har been discussed so that a complete picture of literary conditions of that era could be presented to readers.
