Abstract

The concept of sexuality has been present since ever in all literatures. No literature or art in the world is devoid of sexuality. In literature, the psychological and emotional aspects of sex are particularly focused. The models of sexuality can be vividly seen in English, Arabic, Persian, and Urdu literatures. There are many examples of sexual content in Punjabi literature. In Punjabi short stories, sexuality is particularly discussed in its emotional, psychological, romantic, and Marxist perspectives. In the research paper, all elements of sexuality in Punjabi short stories are discussed and important aspects of sexism are elaborated.
