Abstract

Meerza Adeeb is a prominent Urdu writer of twentieth century who had multi-dimensional skills. He wrote short stories, novel, dramas and pen sketches. In this article, his pen sketches of renowned literary personalities like Manto, Sajjad Zaheer, Kamal Ahmad Rizvi etc have been discussed in a way that not only the outer personality of particular writer and his  works come forth vividly but he draws the sketches in a way that cultural, social and psychological aspects become clear.
