Abstract
The article is about the role of Urdu drama in connection with the Islamic Literary Movement. The proponents of Islamic literature have also written Urdu dramas along with other literary endeavors. Naeem Siddiqi, Farogh Ahmed and Nazer Zaidi are prominent names in this regard. Reforms in the society are the chief aim of their dramas. Their dramas do not rank high from literary point of view but are appreciable from the reformation point of view.
